I started this blog to keep in touch with friends and family while I studied abroad in Thailand in college. I was 21 years old and had never been more than 5 hours from home for more than 7 days (and even then, I was with family). This trip was a 20+ hour plane ride and I was gone for a month. I hope to get the hang of this writing thing in order to expand and continue to share my experiences with family and friends. I’m just getting this new blog going, so stay tuned for more.
